I was curious as to how long the waiting list is, and how far in advance I should get on the list if I am interested in buying a Dane in about a year. I have been told to visit breeders at least a year in advance. I was also wondering if the puppies are well socialized from their birth, and how they are handled and raised while at your place. I am in the market for my first dane. I have been researching for 3 months now to decide exactly which breed is best for my family. We have decided for sure that we want a great dane. It will actually be my baby so I get to pick it out. I want a blue male, but I want open registration because I will want to also get a female. I do not see myself becoming a big time breeder anytime in the near future because I have two small children (1 and 3). I am so excited to find my puppy, but I want to take my time and find the perfect one for me. (I already have his name picked out. ha-ha)

We couldn't be happier with the quality of dogs we have received from Terry and Bobby. Annabelle and Tessa were both returned to them for reasons other than the dog being a problem, and we are happy to have them. They get the stamp of approval through our vet, and was even told by a vet that we should "show" Annabelle! That goes to show they are excellent. Thanks Terry and Bobby for your love for these dogs!

I love Great Danes. My in laws got me started in wanted one after purchasing 2 5 month old brother, sister pair for a couple that was being transferred by the military. I love you puppies, and dogs and really hope I can talk to you about purchasing a female in the future. I want to start obedience training her and maybe agility. I think that would be so much fun. Hiya guys! We just wanted to update you on the boys! Bronxx is doing wonderful loves having Benson home! Bosko is doing awesome, we were asked if he could pose for a calendar ... YAY! And, Benson is not so little anymore! But he keeps all on our toes! Always into something, always wanting to play with someone! He learned to play hide and seek ... He doesn't have his little puppy bark anymore ... I need to update the website with more PICS! Hopefully next weekend! On top of it all! We have not had any health issues at all with any of the boys! Hey guys! Oberon update (ebony and frey). He is 11 months old and weighs 138 pounds. He's a giant moose. I have TONS of pictures. I try to refrain from sending you all but the best. (grin). He's going wonderful. He loves the doggie day care. He gets along so well with all the dogs. I tell him "Be Small". That means I want him to lay down on the floor on his belly with his head to the ground and "snipe" along so the puppies and small dogs aren't intimidated. Hi Terri and Bobby, I just wanted everyone to know that you raise very healthy and happy great danes. We enjoyed visiting your Kennel and seeing "all" your happy dogs. Shelby Rose is doing great. She is a real beauty and the vet says she is very healthy. Anyone desiring a healthy and happy great dane will be thrilled with one of your dogs. Just dropping you a quick note to let you know that Dillinger and Madison are doing GREAT!! We had them weighed yesterday and man they are growing like weeds. Madison weighed in at 100 lbs and Dillinger a whopping 113 lbs. No wonder it hurts when they step on my toes. They are really great dogs. Each has their own personality!! Madison is a Daddy's girl and Dillinger, well he is quite the Mamma's boy. Benson is doing great, and loving his new home! He was nervous on the way home, but as soon as he walked in the door, you'd have thought he has lived here forever! Jumping and running, wrestling with the boys ... they are very careful with him ... but he is very BRAVE. He will jump off of anything and everything ... he climbs just to jump! The best part of the whole day was watching all three of them cuddle and nap. YAY!

Terri & Bobby- I cannot sleep it's like I am 7 years old again waiting for Christmas! Only about 12 hours and we are on our way to get Benson... LOL. Today (the 9th) is also Bosko's bday ... boy is he in for a surprise!!! We took him to Petsmart and he was able to pick out his own toys ... it was cute! Both Bronxx and Bosko are doing well, both are big and healthy!!! Bokso looks a little smaller, but he is PURE muscle ... he doesn't have that loose Dane skin ... ugh ... I'll count down the hours ... LOL. See you two soon! JOOP

I am interested in purchasing a Great Dane, but actually know very little about them. My husband and I have two Yorkies and we have had an Old English Sheep dog and a Saint Bernard (both deceased from old age), so we know the pleasures and pitfalls of owning a large dog. I was "surfing" to learn more about the Great Dane. From what I have read, they appear to be good family animals. Do they get along with small dogs? How much does a harliquin "companion" dog cost? Hey Terri & Bobby. Havent sent you an e-mail in a while. Marius ( China/Orion ) is doing great. He's such a big baby (over 100lbs now) . Was looking at the pictures Brian and I took the day we picked Marius up, and boy does he almost look exactly like his mom! Especially with his one blue eye and all. Such an energetic happy boy. Doesnt stop wagging his tail ever. Going to get him neutered real quick here. We've had to wait on this because he keeps knocking his knee on the bed when he jumps in that he'll limp for a week and so he keeps going to the vet for that. The vet recomemded that we make sure that since this is his 3rd time doing this that we should x-ray him and dont want to put him under unless we can time it with his neuter date. So hopefully we arent waiting to long according to your contract. But amazing enough when he thinks noone is looking he doesnt seem to limp that much? hmmm? Stinker. Were you guys planning on having a reunion this year? Will you post it on the site if you do? Looking foward to it if you do. Keep up the good work! Danielle & Brian
